Interesting immunological disorder news

Two interesting items on the BBC news website this week, firstly a group of scientists think they've found the frequently-observed link between asthma and eczema – and that it goes severe dermatitis → asthma, which means it might be breakable; and secondly, a 3-year study of 800 babies concluded food intolerances and allergies are far, far less commonly the problem than the babies' mothers think – and are don't seem to be getting any more common as time goes by, contrary to rumours to that effect.
